Jerry A. Borbon

 

Jerry A. Borbon founded Borbon & Associates, P.A. in 2009. Mr. Borbon concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate Law, Bankruptcy, and Consumer Protection.

Prior to establishing his firm, Mr. Borbon was an associate at Wesoloski Carlson, P.A. where he led their Litigation & Bankruptcy practice groups focusing primarily on consumer protection cases, contract disputes, foreclosure, landlord-tenant matters and real estate transactions. Mr. Borbon has been personally engaged in over one thousand foreclosure cases and has also dedicated his efforts to consumer protection cases in both State and Federal Court involving collections, rescissions of mortgages, loan and mortgage fraud, predatory lending, and violations of the Truth in Lending, Real Estate Settlement Procedures, and Fair Debt Collection Acts.

While attending law school, Mr. Borbon served on Florida International University’s Law Review and was a Founding member and Vice Justice of the Spessard L. Holland Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
